Roger Taylor played with Brian May in the band Smile and in 1972 joined Queen along with Brian May, Freddie Mercury, and John Deacon. He read biology at London Hospital Medical College and earned a B.Sc., initially hoping to enter Dentistry school. He has since launched a solo career and his most recent album is "Electric Fire".
